Sinhon's TWI training was successfully completed

In order to strengthen the management skills of front-line management, enhance the awareness and application of new management methods and management tools by grassroots managers, and meet the changing thinking requirements of grassroots managers due to changes in social development, the two-day and one-night "Front-line Management TWI Skills Training" conference was held as scheduled at Blue Ocean Junhua Hotel from July 22 to 23, 2023.

The training showed the participants advanced management tools and methods from the three aspects of work guidance (JI), work relationship (jR) and work improvement (JM), so that the participants could reflect on the shortcomings of past management, find experience in mistakes, and expand new knowledge in the training while accepting new management concepts.

At the closing ceremony, the vice president made a concluding speech, pointing out that "we must learn from the three knives of Huawei management" and are willing to learn, apply well, and have the courage to take responsibility and strive for innovation. It is believed that through this training, the trainees will devote themselves to the future management work with a new mindset and thinking, and continue to help the company promote organizational change and leapfrog management.
